It is important to note that the mentioned thickness refers to the measurement after the application of a durable powder coating. The mesh is constructed from 1.8mm solid aluminium panels, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting product. Customers have the option to select either the regular 1060 grade aluminium or the marine-grade 5052 aluminium alloy, which is suitable for more demanding requirements.
Following the punching process, our aluminium perforated mesh undergoes a high-quality powder coating treatment.We utilize the renowned Interpon series black powder, manufactured by Akzo Nobel, to provide superior outdoor durability. The resulting thickness ranges from approximately 1.95mm to 2.0mm, with minor tolerances inherent in the production and measurement processes.
Unlike traditional stainless steel wire mesh security screen door infills, our perforated mesh features a smooth surface that is easy to maintain and clean. Additionally, the stylish round hole staggered pattern offers a visually appealing experience for screen door and window users.
